Events/Concerts

We would like to thank all of you who attended our concerts during our 25th anniversary year, 2010.  We enjoyed great attendance at our spring shows, Gilbert and Sullivan’s Trial by Jury.  Our 2010 Christmas concerts featured new young artists, classic Christmas tunes from well-known movies, selections from The Messiah, and brought our largest attendance on record. Thank you so much.

Our spring 2011 concert Oriana Goes Pop! was a super success.   We once again broke our spring attendance records and presented our audience with a fun filled evening of contemporary pop music. We painted the Granada theater stage and platforms in the purple, gold and lime green colors of our t-shirts. Murals taken from our poster design were painted on the stage side panels by our talented artist member Gayle Sleznick. We opened the program with the “Glee” arrangement of Don’t Stop Believin’, and ended it with (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life. We featured guest instrumentalists on ukulele, drums, bass guitar and sax, our popular “Flashbacks” male quintet, and 15 solo voices from our chorale members including three teens who joined us this spring. We had a good time!

Spring 2012…….a lovely classical event is in the works.. A TOUCH OF THE
